An awful stay. Whilst the owner lives in the ground floor and has air conditioning, the rooms are one floor up, under an unisolated roof and have no air conditioning. When we moved in the temperature in the room was 34 and cooled down at night to 31. Impossible to sleep. The swimming pool is tiny, much to small for the number of people trying to freshen up. And e had a group of outside guests doing aquagym which prevented us to use it for two hours in the evening. The breakfast is poor: a bunch of industrial products and of caoutchouc-like croissants. We moved out after two unbearable nights although we had paid for four.

The rooms are under the room, with no isolation and no air conditioning. When we came in it was 34 degrees in the room and "cooled down" to 31 at night. the ventilator just moved hot and humid air around.. Impossible to sleep. The owners live in the cooler ground floor and have air conditioning. But this is not granted to the guests who can boil. The dogs of the neighbourhood bell for ours are night. The pool is much too small for the number of guests. When it is not used by senior ladies doing aquagym who ask you to leave. The breakfast is poor: industrial cakes, unripe fruits, Caoutchouc-like croissants fresh out of a plastic bag. The taste of the decoration is bad. We had booked for four nights and left after two. Of course, the owner - whom we never met- does not take responsibility and refused to refund the two last nights.

Posizione con eccezionale vista sui sibillini e ottimo punto di partenza per eventuali escursioni. La struttura è collocata in una villa con arredi di pregio, dove gustare un'ottima colazione. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'antico silos, dove è stata ricavata una originalissima camera su due livelli, con vasca idromassaggio. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio per San Valentino!

Io e il mio compagno, con la la nostra bimba di 6 mesi, abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto magnifico e unico. Accoglienza elegante e familiare, colazione ottima. Da tornarci assolutamente. Anche il prezzo è davvero buono!

Struttura molto accogliente e impeccabile nella pulizia sia delle stanze e area comune che della piscina. Colazione variegata e abbastanza completa. Consiglio: per arrivare è possibile fare due strade, personalmente ho preferito quella asfaltata.

Il posto è magico, un po’ complicato arrivare ma merita davvero un soggiorno! La signora Rossella è una padrona di casa eccellente, gentile e discreta. La Villa è pulita ed estremamente ordinata sia all’interno che negli spazi aperti. Suggestiva l’atmosfera

Posto splendido! Silenzio assoluto, pulizia e ordine dappertutto, partendo dalle camere fino alla piscina, colazione ricca per tutti i gusti, accoglienza e servizio impeccabile. Cosa ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno? La canna fumaria troppo bassa del impianto di riscaldamento per l'acqua calda, che sta proprio accanto alla finestra della nostra camera (numero 1) e ogni volta che qualcuno si faceva la doccia, il fumo entrava nella camera. Lo abbiamo sentito fino a tarda notte, fino all'ultima doccia. Fastidioso!

Prenotato quasi per caso cercando un posto comodo per visitare Castelluccio di Norcia . Ci serviva un posto che potesse ospitare le nostre biciclette al sicuro ed avuta conferma di questo abbiamo fissato il soggiorno. Posto tranquillo in collina appena fuori Comunanza. Possibilità di passare giornate in relax in piscina ( non sfruttata da noi in quanto abbiamo preferito delle lunghe gite in bici per visitare i paesi nei dintorni ) La colazione era ottima e abbondante e buoni i dolci fatti in casa . Gentilissima la titolare ed il personale che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo giorno

Incantevole. Completamente immerso nel silenzio della montagna Abbiamo dormito nel vecchio granaio ( torretta completamente ristrutturata con vasca idromassaggio ) e sfruttato la piscina ed il parco comuni. Ogni volta che avrò bisogno di staccare dallo stress quotidiano avrò un pensiero per questo casale. Grazie, a presto!
