The location and beach houses directly on the beach are amazing.
You can walk directly into the warm waters of the sea.
The restaurant in the spot offers the standard fish dishes and is convenient.alao the restaurant is on the beach itself.
The service team should be trained better to serve clients more smoothly and also increase the English speaking ability.
Compared to other places this place with beach stay was by far the best for us. Would come again.

Really a great place - you are 100,000 Dong out of town by taxi/ GRAB, or 5,000 Dong by rental bike - charge your card at Circle K, and rent multiple bikes with one account. Park in the TNGO stations.

This hotel is located on the beach unlike a lot of hotels in Con Dao that say they are but are actually located across the road from the beach. We had a garden view bungalow though we could see the ocean from our verandah. The room was a good size with a huge open air bathroom. The ocean view ones which were booked out had a much smaller bathroom. The resort is definitely in need of some TLC especially the deck chairs on the beach. The buffet breakfast was okay with an egg station and Vietnamese food. Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, markets and jetty.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the beachside bungalows. No issues with accommodation. Breakfast was good - you could get pho made to order and a buffet with a wide selection but more Vietnamese type food but I would suggest going early . Beachfront was clean ( rubbish that had been bought in but the sea was cleared up the first afternoon) in the three days we stayed there and the water was beautiful. There were 4 hammocks strung up between the trees on the beach. When hot it was good to have the trees to shelter you from the sun. Staff were helpful although English spoken was limited. About a five minute walk from Bar2000 and the new ferry port (not open when we’re there) and 15-20min walk got you to most of the restaurants/ mini marts in town.

This is not a resort, it is a hotel on a lovely beach. There was not even a banana chair in sight or anything else you might relate to a resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and they are in serious need of a huge overhaul. As for the beachfront, it needs to be cleaned up, and de-littered. I’m sure the breakfast was probably good in Vietnam terms, but as everything else was so shabby I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Con Dao is a lovely little island and this place is a disappointment.

There is NOT A POOL! False advertising. Staff are not helpful, breakfast is ant/bug infested and not kept warm. Buffet at breakfast is never covered and unappetizing. Service poor. Coffee sitting for hours. Only good thing is the beach. Stay next door where they actually have the pool that this place claims to have

Large tiled Reception with stark white walls and almost no furniture gave sterile, unwelcoming 1st impression. This continued to the room, also large but minimally furnished with only 1 hard chair and nothing on the walls. Even the staff uniform was unattractively businesslike. Room had kettle but no tea or coffee. Coffee at breakfast seemed to have been stewing for hours and there was no fresh fruit juice. Redeeming feature is that it is on the beach but so are many other hotels in Con Dau.

We chose this place for the location and the simple side of the bungalows which we liked in the photos. Arrival in a dismal administration-looking building (next to this establishment our tax centers and other similar places are cozy and well furnished!) We learn that our room is in the main building and not in a bungalow... if we would like to be upgraded it is 200 kVdn more per night but all the sea view bungalows are taken so it will be a garden… which is in fact on the last line so close to the road with the restaurant next door… sic In terms of decoration and furnishings nothing has changed since the 2011 photos, not even the mattresses (I suppose) given their comfort…. It feels like a ski apartment from the 70s/80s. It's certainly spacious but dated and poorly maintained... The bathroom Yeah meh... that'll do the trick... Unlike all the other hotels since the start of our 3-week trip, this is the first time we've seen people also not very invested and not at all welcoming or even friendly. Zero exchanges and the level of service is identical. The breakfast is horrible... not even on the choices because there are some, but on the quality of the products... inedible We can't even say that it is a question of price since we paid 140€ for 2 nights (this which is relatively high in Vietnam) In short, the aim of this opinion is only to avoid disappointment and not to spit in the soup

Hotel directly on the beach. Very courteous and fast services. Room a little dated but of adequate size. Room with direct access to the beach. The beach is calm and very flat, therefore ideal for families with children. Sunrise in front of the room. Very quiet. Breakfast with varied Vietnamese dishes and standard European items. Scooter rental service on site and reliable. Dinner at the hotel restaurant good. No safety box but we feel that it is safe. As the hot water system is heated by the sun, often hot water is no longer available or not available. A little far from the city center but within walking distance (I rented a scooter for the duration of my stay, therefore, it is 3 minutes by scooter)

1. Too much noise, a resort that from 5:30 a.m. allowed to hold events with noisy portable speakers from the beach straight to the rooms. Money is everything? Is it okay for anyone to make noise? When I told the receptionist, it didn't make any sense. The event crowd (of a certain company renting a vacation here on the morning of June 11, 2022) was very ridiculous and ridiculous, from 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. the radio speakers were still blaring as LOUD as possible. TSNĐ also let other guests be TORTURED by noise. I consider this a case of CONSIDERING customers and mistreating customers, violating the resort's own rules. The security guard seems formidable, speaking loudly to drown out the gentle guests. As for the teenagers who smoke and hang out all night (from 10:30 a.m. to 2-3 a.m.), the rooms next to the elderly cannot sleep; The security guard has no opinion??! That night (the night of June 9 and the morning of June 10, 2022), the elderly man couldn't sleep, so he got up and went to the campus to look for the guards and found both guards sleeping. After the group of young people finished flying, they checked out of the room before it was fully dawn. When asked, the security guard, receptionist, and staff remained silent. The whole resort seems to have no one taking responsibility for the guests, leaving the guests to suffer. LIVE AND DIE FLY. 2. The "New Standard" room is only worth the same as a motel room but the price is high, noisy with banging on the door and the noise of people walking in the hallway, banging on the door. The sheets were rumpled as if they hadn't been washed or replaced, showing contempt for the guests. Too expensive for what you get. The toilets of the bungalows are not hygienic, old and need upgrading. Outdated design, room curtains as stiff as cardboard causing stuffiness, creaky sliding doors causing insomnia. The floor of the toilet (bungalow facing the sea) was sticky, the bathroom looked dark and damp like a communal bathroom in subsidized dormitories. 3. Lots of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes buzz in the bedroom but no mosquito nets are prepared for guests? 4. The dishes used for breakfast for guests still have water on the surface, and are sticky with unwashed grease. The chef standing at the counter to scoop up water for the guests yells at the guests. Parents, is there any resort where the staff yells at the guests like that? 5. Forgetting the customer's order, taking too long and having to remind the customer many times to get the food. When customers order braised vegetables, the vegetables are boiled 30 minutes before (after 40 minutes of waiting), and the braised vegetables come out after the vegetables have cooled down. The food is not delicious, the lettuce is torn or mushy and still placed on the breakfast buffet tray or on plates for customers to order. 6. Receptionists often pay late, when checking in there is a room, then it is not available, making guests frustrated. The receptionist's attitude often shows surprise, then denies responsibility for the problem that the guest is upset about, then ignores it and stays silent. If we can't change the way we work, I don't know who would want to come to TSNCD. For my family, it is NEVER.
