"Great! The hotel has a free airport shuttle bus service. I arrived a day early but the hotel still arranged for me to pick me up at the airport. Due to the weather, the flight was delayed, so the person in charge (on the morning of June 3) proactively asked a friend to pick up my group for free in a 7-seat car. The hotel service was all good, except that there seemed to be fewer tourists this time than during the peak season, so I found that the breakfast menu was less than last time."

"The Marina Bay Hotel staff were polite, friendly and actively supported us to have a comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily, with ample replenished water and tea for the room. The only area for further improvements would be around dietary needs, which would include the buffet breakfast having signs on it for what has and has not got meat in it as one of us was vegetarian. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable."

"The location and beach houses directly on the beach are amazing. You can walk directly into the warm waters of the sea. The restaurant in the spot offers the standard fish dishes and is convenient.alao the restaurant is on the beach itself. The service team should be trained better to serve clients more smoothly and also increase the English speaking ability. Compared to other places this place with beach stay was by far the best for us. Would come again."

"We stayed at Con Dao house for 5 nights and we had a very pleasant experience! The room was clean and modern and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! There are places to sit in the common area too which is nice if you come with friends and you need somewhere to sit together. Although breakfast isn’t included, there are many shops nearby to try different foods so it isn’t a problem! You can rent electric bikes or normal bikes if you need too! Definitely recommend this place! They also have a shuttle service which is very good!"

"I liked everything, it was quiet, few guests. But the only thing I was disappointed with was that on the website there is a photo of breakfast and it is a buffet, upon arrival I really saw this place, but in fact there were only 2 types of breakfast soup and omelet 1 cup of coffee and yogurt."

"The location is excellent - only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the town is quite compact. Most restaurants and cafes are within a 5-20 minute walk (20 minutes being the furthest one we visited). The room was clean and tidy, with a large double bed. Despite being across from a seafood restaurant that played loud music in the evenings, it was surprisingly quiet inside the room - a big plus! There were a few downsides, though. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and there was an occasional (but not strong) smell of sewage. Our room didn’t have a balcony, which meant there was nowhere to hang wet clothes - they didn’t dry properly overnight. However, when we mentioned this to the staff, they kindly brought us extra chairs to help with drying. Still, our towels didn’t dry completely and had a slight smell the next day - so I’d recommend bringing your own if you’re sensitive to that. Another minor issue: the elevator beeps loudly at every floor, and the sound can be heard in the rooms. You can also hear other guests in the hallway through the room door. That said, the staff were very friendly and always tried their best to help. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel, and there’s a basic first-aid kit available at the reception, which is a nice touch."

"It's a very nice hotel located on a quiet street. There was an English-speaking staff at the front desk who was very helpful. They also accept credit cards, which is rare on Con Dao Island. I'll definitely book here again the next time I go to Con Dao Island! Note: I booked a pool access room on Trip.com, but there are no pool access rooms available."
