The standard rooms are not worthy of 4 stars but the suite are beautiful and clean.
The rooms service is not bad but restaurant service needs to ameliorate.

Ma pire expérience hôtelière en plus de 10ans. La navette ne vient pas vous chercher à l aéroport, on vous demande de vous débrouillez. Pas de Clim correcte en chambre, bonjour les moustiques, pas de pile dans les télécommandes, le frigo ne marche pas, on vous loue la machine à café à 400000gnf on vous facture la navette à la tête même si vous êtes de la même délégation, on vous facture la livraison d un coca en chambre à 50000gnf pendant que le coca coûte 35000, pas de petit déjeuner prévu pour les personnes qui font le jeun et la totale oublier la tranquillité. Les rails sont à 10 mètres de l hôtel. De jour comme de nuit ça klaxonne. Je vous laisse imaginer la suite. Juste horrible.

The noise level caused in the middle of the night by the trucks nearby was sickening. I was awakened by someone honking so many times. They need to find away to sound proof the rooms from outside noise. The restaurant injerra was top notch, the swimming pool, the service and the staff excellent

Il n'y avait plus de places dans aucun hôtel a Conakry, du coup j'y suis partit en espérant un service de qualité. Les employés sont bien et jovial. Par contre, le fait d'être sur mon dos comme un voleur et sur le dos de mon entreprise, je ne l'ai pas aimé.

Always a safe clean place to stay, rooms have too much of a musty smell but at least they are trying to reduce the humidity with dehumidifiers . Other than that its comfortable and clean , great restaurant and pool gym area and they have a new small spa service with profesional massages.

J'étais logé à l'hôtel Riviera Royal Hôtel, Resort & ****** de Conakry du dimanche 1er octobre 2023 au samedi 07 octobre 2023. Ma chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le ni le 04, ni le 05, ni le 06 octobre. Le 07, je ne sais pas parce que j'ai quitté vers 11h30 la chambre.
