Je ne compte plus les fois où je suis allé au Palm. Que ce soit pour manger, relaxer en soirée, organiser un symposium, relaxer, etc. chaque fois, je suis plus que satisfait de mon expérience. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est attentionné, souriant et poli, la nourriture est bonne, l'ambiance est agréable et on s'y sent en sécurité même si on doit s'y retrouver en même temps que certains individus décident de s'échapper de prison ! :) La direction est présente, parle avec les gens et s'assure de notre satisfaction (salutation spéciale à Victoriano !). A bientôt tout le monde et merci de nous faire sentir à la maison à chaque visite !

We loved our stay at Palm Camayenne. The room was clean with a minor stain on carpet, but overall it was nice. It was cleaned everyday and house keeping was always so kind. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was kind and always helpful. We loved that we were able to move around a lot on foot, but happy that transportation was always nearby. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Palm Camayenne and we'll be back again soon.

Each time I stay here, I am really sick with cold-like symptoms. I came to the conclusion that the noisy air conditioning wall unit has never been cleaned and is probably the cause or my symptoms. I will never come back here. It was my second and last time. Switching hotel tomorrow morning

Une vraie tromperie. Un hotel qui merite tout au plus 2 etoiles. Moquette et coussins tachés, nappes de table non repassées et tachées, serviettes de bain seches car trop vielleS, buffet du petit dejeuner pauvre avec des produits de basse qualité, personnel non formé. Tout est cheap. il existe bien d'autres hotels à Conakry bien mieux. A ne pas recommander

Le staff a été accueillant et a fait preuve de professionnalisme en matière d’hôtellerie. Dans mon cas , j’ai fait le Check in une semaine plutôt et l’hôtel s’est débrouillé à rectifier avec Expédia que j’avais du mal à contacter à partir de l’Afrique.
Mr. Sylla de la réception était très courtois avec ses collègues.
