Eu aluguei um quarto dentro das dependências do hotel pois tenho criança pequena e ficou muito desconfortável ter que ir para o outro lado e voltando. A pessoa da recepção disse que era um upgrade mas o quarto nao tinha nada haver com o que eu aluguei. Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com isso. Sempre alugo casa no porto real e dessa Vez quis alugar o hotel.

Pelas fotos disponíveis no app para o quarto que fechei, eu tinha certeza de que o quarto seria no HOTEL.. porém, ao fazer on Check in nos jogaram pra um “anexo” que nada mais é que um prédio do outro lado da rua… precisa descer uma ladeira a pé… longe do estacionamento… e para as refeições e/ou para buscar o carro precisa subir a ladeira!
Pra completar o quarto não tem nem mesmo uma tomada moderna (3 pontas) não pude recarregar meu notebook lá… ou seja, uma acomodação velha… com ar condicionado “de janela” também velho e o pior “sem funcionar direito”, não gelava. Reclamei na recepção após a primeira noite e como tínhamos mais 2 noites adiante, pedi que nos trocassem de quarto… ficaram de verificar pois muitos hóspedes fariam Check out naquele domingo e nós continuaríamos até terça-feira… Mas nada foi feito. Ficaram apenas na promessa. Continuamos por mais 2 noites no tal “puxadinho” que chamam de anexo… estrutura velha, longe do restaurante e do estacionamento do hotel e com ar condicionado sem gelar.
Sobre as refeições: fechamos meia pensão. O café da manhã é bem completo, porem não gostamos do jantar… mas não tem outra opção dentro do Resort.. sugiro pedir de fora.
Sobre a praia: achei extremamente perigosa, pois tem valas! Vi uma adolescente precisar ser resgatada por familiares, porque NÃO HAVIA salva-vidas presente!!! Um absurdo! Fui à praia de sábado à terça e não notei presença de salva-vidas!…
Conclusão: não recomendo.

A única coisa que tenho para dizer é: Deixou à desejar, principalmente nos atendimentos e todos os locais em que eles tinham que colocar um funcionário para atender presencialmente, eles colocaram um telefone com o ramal ao lado, e quando você ligava, demorava horas para atender e o pedido nunca chegava, entre outras coisas que vale a pena citar aqui!

Ruim, passamos o reveillon-23 eu e meu esposo neste mesmo hotel e gostamos muito, retornamos neste reveillon-24 com meus filhos e noras e ficamos decepcionados, caiu demais a qualidade do serviço no geral, limpeza da parte externa pessima, funcionarios mal humorados ou insatisfeitos, o hotel é um predio e os elevadores não funcionam, nas refeições falta de tudo, não há reposição de pratos, talheres nem mesmo dos alimentos, tinhamos que ficar atrás de um funcionario para providenciar uma ou outra coisa que até desisti de solicitar, muita demora. Em compensação o café da manhã que vai até as 10:30hrs, as 10:25hrs já estão recolhendo todo o buffet.

Ruim segundo eles a estadia do prédio principal é melhor, fiquei no prédio anexo, não conhecia essa divisão, também o piso estava estufando com risco de saltar e acidentar se a pessoa estiver próximo.
