Las habitaciones son cómodas y el wifi es bueno, pero tiene grandes problemas que un hotel urbano y de negocios no puede tener: - el espacio para desayunar es MUY pequeño y encima el servicio malo , resultado: filas de espera para tener mesa y encontrar… lo que quede (que no es bueno de por sí) - tiene elevadores lentos (es un edificio alto) y encima algunos no andan (además de ser pequeños). O sea moverse es cansador. - el servicio q la habitación tambien es lento, y algunos commodities (agua), a veces están, otras no. No hay un standard claro en eso…

El hotel posee una buena ubicación si requieres realizar actividades en la zona céntrica de Concepción. Posee estacionamiento en entrada descubierto que es gratuito (sólo un par de sitios, su uso depende de si están liberados) y estacionamiento de pago con valor preferencial. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Equipamiento ad hoc a hotel. Personal amable y eficiente. Incorporamos desayuno y es variado, de muy alta calidad, lo recomiendo.
