Poor service, at reception little availability to resolve requests.
Restaurant for dinner at night almost impossible, since they have a buffet for the general public and guests are left without the possibility

The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

El hotel presta servicios que son destacables como el personal que atiende tanto en recepción como en el restaurant. Aloje en una habitación ubicada en el segundo piso durante 3 noches y cuando uno quiere descansar se sienten ruidos molestos desde el primer piso (desde zona de restaurant y recepción), además de olores a comida. Muy malo el sistema de aislación de ruidos y de olores.
