Hotel antiguo, pero cómodo. Habitación confortable y silenciosa, cama confortable. No nos fijamos al hacer la reserva que la habitación elegida no tenía aire acondicionado, sugiero fij**** antes de reservar porque el aire es necesario en los días calurosos. Tiene un bar que funciona hasta las 23:00 y restaurant. Nos atendieron bien. Valoro bien el desyuno por lo variado y rico.

Muy central, tiene estacionamiento accesible, desayuno variado, las habitaciones estuve en una doble nada que decir y la otra habitación el único detalle recién habían cambiado la alfombra entonces el olor a pegamento era bastante fuerte al abrir las ventanas se iba el olor , calefacción muy buena ya que los días que estuve me tocó bastante frío y lluvia, baños espaciosos, limpieza impecable precio/calidad para el precio perfecto!!

El recepcionista muy poco empatico, deja mucho que desear su labor Las habitaciones pequeñas y los muebles de los baños en mal estado Desayuno bien, pero tuvimos que reclamar porque era muy poco Personal del aseo bastante bien y preocupados Toallas con olor a humedad

Fantastic location right in the heart of Concepcion with terrific service by all members of staff. There’s a bar and restaurant within too which was pleasant. Room was very good and glad the hotel was chosen.

El hotel es antiguo, la habitación y baño antiguo, con olor a encierro. Habitación calurosa, el desayuno es horrible, la leche estaba agria, poca variedad, sin jamón o cecinas, pan duro. Una mermelada de membrillo dura. Buena atención.

Me encanto el hotel, la gente muy amable. Excelente servicio. Tiene estacionamiento accesible. En su interior super limpio. La pieza cómoda, sábanas impecables. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede salir a recorrer Concepción central caminando incluso ir caminando al parque con los niños sin necesidad de sacar el auto. Hay lugares cercanos para tom**** un rico café y/o ir a un rico restaurante. A diferencia de otros hoteles que he ido en Concepción que quedan muy lejos. Lo recomiendo 100% .

Me alojé en este hotel solo una noche, tuve problemas con la habitación que me habían asignado ya que era sin ventilación, no hubo mayor problema cuando solicité el cambio. Los principales problemas fueron ruidos tipo fiesta en pieza contigua ( con música y por lo menos 5 personas) y el desayuno que era lejos el mas pobre de algún hotel. Cafe instantáneo, leche fria, unos panes de molde. queso y jamonada, que ni siquiera pude comer. tampoco habia mantequilla. Las imágenes que aqui aparecen con fruta, cereales etc no son ciertas. Las habitaciones y baño limpios. Pero definitivamente por lo que pague, ( mas de 80 mil pesos por una noche) esperaba mas que pan con mortadela.
