Received the last room, and it was handicap the heater didn’t work. So slept in a cold room plus they didn’t have any extra blankets. Just to take a shower it took about five minutes to receive a little bit of warm water. Terrible place

The manager was extremely rude and obnoxious. On my first meeting, he told me that it was a cheap room, and I had no right to complain about anything. This is totally not correct and very arrogant. He’s actually more expensive than any BRB. And similarly priced to other hotels in the area. Garbage all over property and heater inside room did not blow hot air. The place was filthy. The electrical outlets did not work in the room and room had very bad odors . Electrical outlets were to loose which caused electrical fixtures to not work and cause static on tv screen. Mini fridge didn’t work. Carpet was filthy. Biggest issue was the
Office / rental manager. He didn’t want to work and gave me a surly attitude. Scolded me for saying I was wasting his time for getting him to fix legitimate issues. Also very creepy , he had to come into the room after the maintenance woman to violate my privacy to the fullest. Totally unprofessional and manic. Don’t know his name

Cockroaches crawling around on sink .
Carpet looked like huge vomit stain that never got steamed cleaned. Smelled like used baby diapers never thrown away;€
