Misinformed in the amenities. The staff were generally friendly and polite. We were told that the rooms had mini refrigerators. But that was untrue. Having gotten to the room, we put food items in the mini fridge to keep cold. We then left for a few hours. Having returned we realised the fridge was not cold. After complaining that the fridge was not working we were told to open it and press the green button. The next day we realised the fridge was off. After complaining again, we were told that they are actually not fridges but coolers. Also they only stay on for 2 hours at a time. As a resultof this misinformation, our food items spoiled. Some of these food items were specially prepared because one of the guests have medical restrictions.

Staff is very friendly, and the services are amazing. The rooms have minor bumps and bruises, but it is clean and neat. We will definitely be returning to this specific hotel.

Room and Front desk staff great..unfortunately we were there 3 days requested our room cleaned and they never did it. So every night we would complain about it when we went to get our own towels and tolet paper..Housekeeping you get a -0 on ratings and no tip!

Large clean rooms - nice to have sink outside of bathroom for multiple users. Needed a few cosmetic housekeeping items like the bathroom towel hook was missing, towel bar was hanging out of wall, comforter had makeup stains on it. We faced the road and heard lots of road noise at night and early morning - the a/c unit was also very loud when it kicked on and off - not a problem with it running as it helped drown out road noise. There was a balcony but we did not even open the door as it was cold and had a view of car dealership. Had housekeeping every day with fresh towels and bed made. All employees were pleasant.
