The hotel wasn’t very busy which was nice. You do have to pay to have a car parked there as an additional charge. They have a free happy hour and snacks every night which was very fun. Being there during the holidays affected the hours on some of the amenities.

Even thought I was early to the hotel customer service was great. From Candice, Desiree, Whidney and Marquel they were the ones I interacted with and you can tell it’s more than just a job. I came early but my room wasn’t ready yet and I needed an adjoining room. They went out of their way to ensure that they could prepare the room. They even offered to buy me a coffee while I waited. Even though it’s an older building, the hotel is clean. My room was spotless and I really appreciated the kindness. Servant leadership regardless of profession goes a long way and I truly appreciated how I was treated. Thank you to all of you

I didn't realize about the evening drinks and reception. That was very very nice. And the breakfast was awesome and top notch. My friend forgot a tooth brush and the online option to request one and have it arrive within 5 minutes was amazing.

This hotel is a great size for large events and is convenient for races etc. Pros: - Staff was all very friendly - Tons of places to eat close by Cons: - Building starting to show wear (doors broke, old worn furniture, etc) - Parking can bad tough if its really busy later at night (there is more parking by the attached convention center) - Bar area open odd times when we were there (Seem understaffed) Overall we will stay again when we need to for events.

Excellent location, beautiful building, great food and managers reception is excellent. The rooms were clean. The only two complaints I have is the AC unit was locked out and you couldn’t change the temperature or turn the Fan on. I bought a fan for noise and comfort. The other is the bed and pillows need to be updated or upgraded. Great stay overall. Employees were very nice and helpful.
