Hotel was fine. Rated low because of hidden parking fees and charged and held deposit for incidentals for a week.

I couldn’t check in on the app and it said to see staff to provide your ID. The person who checked me in was unable to figure it out and gave me room keys since she couldn’t get the virtual key to work. I had to swipe my credit card for incidentals despite my card being stored in the app. When the technology works it’s great but I got stuck with someone who couldn’t figure it out.
Please advise staff to take the masks off. It’s 2024 and really obnoxious, especially when they wear it on their chin…defeating any purpose of wearing it. Do you have sick people checking in guests?

Good floor with great access to things. Room was mediocre and the sink barely drained. The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Again, it’s 2024-get with the times. For $150 for a king room, this isn’t worth it. A fair price for this place would be $85 tops.
Location is extremely convenient right off 85 so that was good. Nearby places to eat and shop.

Checked in Saturday night 4/13. When I went to the bathroom I noticed that the toilet seat had what appeared to be feces on it. I then checked the rest of the room and noticed numerous body hairs in both made beds. It was obvious that the room was poorly clean I then changed rooms and the second room was ok. The clerk typed in a complaint and stated that a manager would contact me which never happened. I also sent the manager named Ben an email but no answer. I finally spoke with assisted manager after being on hold for four times more then 20 minutes three days later. She finally told me that she would refund my stay but as of this writing nothing. They also charge 4 bucks for parking which is a joke
