First of all, we were on a budget trip to attend a wedding in the area. The Holiday Inn Express had good reviews and the price was right, so we made the reservation. The property, service and value were AMAZING! We have stayed at 4 and 5 star properties in the Boston area that weren't as nice as this property. The location was convenient to grab a dinner at a number of restaurants and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area was super clean and inviting. We will stay at this location again the future.

This was a one night stay for a sporting event. It sounded as if the people above us were running and jumping in a track meet all night and morning. The elevator was extremely slow and sounded sketchy. Breakfast was not great and they ran out of pancakes, which I would think is a cheap and easy thing to keep on hand. I will definitely not be returning.
