Overall the rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is also good. There is no breakfast for this inn but it is close to the city center so it is very easy to find food.
My input, maybe the motorbike parking area should be given a little more zinc/roof so that the toilet water doesn't drip onto the motorbike or even hit people's heads. The hot water kettle is also crusty.
But apart from that, we liked the experience of staying there. The TV has lots of channels, the hot water and AC work, the water is clean and fast.

Hotel only have 1 hair dryer to rotate. Should provide 1 hair dryer for each room.

The bedsheet is yellowish and with hair on it, probably not change. Felt sandy on the bed and a bit itchy upon lying for 10 minutes. So we bought some sanitizing spray on it before we sleep on it.
Room not properly cleaned as still got leftover candies near the bed.
