This is an absolutely stunning hotel. I highly recommend you book the cabin with a view to get the full experience. What a gorgeous cabin and beautiful view! It takes around 2,5 hours to get there from Zhaoxing village / Congjiang Train Station (it cost me ¥900 to get there from Zhaoxing village and ¥500 to go to the train station) if you have the energy and money it's definitely worth it. From the hotel it's a 2,5 hour hike along the road to get good views of the rice terraces (and of course 2,5 hours to hike back unless you're lucky to get a ride which I did). There's a restaurant at the hotel as well and I paid ¥15 for noodles, ¥20 for fried rice and ¥6 for a soda 👍 The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as well! FYI: the cabin is on a cliff with lots of trees around so there will be lots of bugs and insects! A mouse also found it's way in one night but luckily found it's way out again as soon as it saw me and got scared! I did tell the hotel manager. Hopefully she will have a look at that so it won't happen again...

Considering the difficulty of building terraced fields, it is understandable that the supporting facilities are not bad. It is inconvenient to get in and out. It is best to book a meal at the hotel in advance. The meal is delicious. Overall, this view is worth a visit

The folk custom in the village is that the boss is a Dong person and runs a B&B in the Miao village! I love cleanliness very much. You have to change into slippers when entering the door. The view from the room is great! It's a little hot during the day, but at night the windows open and the breeze blows, which is very pleasant! The proprietress is very talkative and a nice person. It should be a very good B&B in Basha Village! The only drawback is that the wooden house has poor walking and soundproofing!

And if you want to watch the sunrise in the morning, the boss will drive to the observation deck to watch the sunrise. And if the weather is good, you can basically see the starry sky and the Milky Way directly from the balcony of the hotel at night.

We changed to a homestay in the scenic area, facing the terraces is great! There are many places for improvement in the newly opened hotel. I write so many real stay experiences that are not maliciously aimed at the hotel. If you want to see the scenery, tourists who live in the scenery should choose carefully! It is better if you can separate a small area for breakfast and staff meals, because their staff work early, and the meal must be early.
