5 stars for this resort
Truly a magical experience and glad that Trip had a good rate for it
A walk in the resort grounds is the perfect way to start the day
Room is huge and spacious, nice marble wall bathroom, balcony with table and chair, huge tv screen with good selection of programmes
There’s Nespresso also with 4 complimentary capsules per day
The staff service is awesome
Will definitely return!

On arrival very friendly and informative, room service was fast and delicious, comfy bed very clean throughout with nice outdoor view on balcony.
On leaving great service when handing in.key asking how was everything and if they could do anymore.
Joondalup resort Thankyou and will in future do repeat business and recommend to friends, family and colleagues. :)

Old hotel, the front desk service is a bit slow, only one person, check out has to wait for the check-in to be completed, there are no two fast refund boxes, not worth the price

We had a lovely time as we were staying for a wedding, however for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the state of the rooms, they looked old and tired and in need of repair. There was paint off the walls between the bedroom and bathroom, like water damage and the tiles on the floor and walls the same. Badly in need of refurbishment - wouldn't book this hotel again unless we were there for a function, better value elsewhere. 4 star is overrated.

Wouldn’t stay here or recommend it to anyone. Very expensive for what it is. Dirty rooms, disorganised service. No value for money
