Boa experiencia. Dois problemas: a luz do quarto não apagava totalmente, ficando uma penunbra (quarto não ficava totalmente escuro). A segunda chave para abertura da porta do quarto não funcionou.

Um hotel muito bom, com uma localização privilegiada próximo dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade histórica de Congonhas. A atendente Jennifer muito simpática e solicita nos deu várias dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Uma das opções que o hotel nos deu foi de uma parceria com duas pizzarias, onde aceitamos a dica e abrimos um vinho para comer a pizza na beira da piscina, o senhor que estava no plantão noturno na portaria também foi muito simpático e nos forneceu os talheres e duas taças para tomarmos o vinho, A Jennifer nos deu uma opção de upgrade que valeu muito a pena, ficamos em um quarto lindo, cheiroso e com ótima cama e uma ducha deliciosa. Com toda certeza indico e voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Ruim. O hotel e muito barulhento , acustica e hospedes barulhentos sem intervenção da gerencia, permitem hospedagem de cachorros e transito dos mesmos com seus proprietarios. Cafe da manha fraco , queijos ruins e apresuntado no lugar do presunto. Recepcionista jenifer e gerente muito gentis

Maravilhoso! Internet excelente, televisão com Netflix, prime vídeo , e tv a cabo. Quarto excelente, vista pra piscina, hotel perto da igreja principal da cidade! Café da manhã maravilhoso, e a senhora que fica na copa nos atendeu super bem, sorridente e educada.
Voltarei com certeza!

Hotel próximo a igreja Bom Jesus do Matozinhos, porém tive uma surpresa desagradável, no site informava que tinha estacionamento porém como é período de romaria, terceirizaram o estacionamento com cobrança a parte R$ 50,00, café da manhã contava com muito bolo seco e os sucos eram de manga e outro sabor não identificado, não tinha o tradicional de laranja e o copo quando peguei estava trincado.
