Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura e, come nel primo caso, il parere di tutta la famiglia è... che difficilmente si può trovare di meglio. Cortesia, attenzione al cliente e proattivitá nel servizio hanno ancora una volta caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno. Colazione fantastica, con il personale di sala attento e premuroso, mentre il ristorante sta offrendo un servizio sempre gentile e professionale, soddisfando le nostre aspettative con estrema competenza, cosa che quando si hanno bambino è molto importante. I servizi offerti ottimi, con piscine sempre pulite e zona sauna di livello. Una menzione particolare la meritano il personale specializzato in massaggi e trattamenti. Dopo la conferma di questo weekend, questa diverrà ancor di più una nostra meta fissa per il relax.

Das abendliche Buffet hat stark nachgelassen. Das Galadinner dient nur der Einsparung, da dass Buffet nur Gemüse aufweist. Dies wurde allgemein kritisiert. Die Barpreise sind zu hoch. Die Gäste gehen am Abend in die Stadt um etwas zu trinken. Da gibt es alle Getränke um die Hälfte der Preise. So sitzt man ziemlich alleine in der Hotelbar. Alles Andere ist nach wie vor in Ordnung und einem 5 Sternehotel würdig.

Hotel fantastico, con personale gentilissimo, cucina favolosa e ambiente super rilassante. A venti metri dalla zona pedonale, veramente un oasi di pace dove potersi veramente rilassare. Camere bellissime in stile e con tutti i confort. Veramente da provare.

Da anni torniamo in questo hotel sia in inverno sia in estate ed è sempre una piacevole sensazione vuoi per la gentilezza, vuoi per la grande professionalità che si respira in ogni settore (cure comprese). Quest'anno abbiamo trovato la cucina, già di alta qualità, ulteriormente migliorata. Ottimo anche il settore riservato, durante la colazione, ai prodotti per chi è intollerante. Insomma, un'ottima struttura da consigliare a chi ama immergersi in una sorta di oasi di tranquillità. Luca e Lorella Malossini

The staff are really amazing - very friendly and helpful. The food is good although I think the portions have reduced in size this year. The pool area and service was great. My room was a good size and kept very clean. Tke wardrobes need replacing. Overall a lovely place to stay particularly if you are traveling alone

La qualité restauration a baissée par rapport à l'année dernière. Deux choses que je trouve importante : le papier toilette dans les chambres est très fin et pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Les bords de la piscine (intérieure) sont très très sales, comme d'alleurs la tenue du maitre nageur s'occupant de la piscine... Entre nous c'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Le SPA est Top, propre et le personnel très pro, comme le service de la restauration. l'année dernière cinq étoiles, cette année quatre étoiles. j'espère que l'année prochaine sera 5 étoiles.

Der Aufenthalt im President war wie immer ein Erlebnis. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich - wie immer - das angenehme Ambiente im Speisesaal mit den vertrauten Gesichtern der Mitarbeiter und ganz besonders die Köstlichkeiten die am Buffett angeboten bzw serviert werden. Die Küche verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob. Und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
