Espaço limpo, tranquilo e bom pequeno almoço. O acolhimento do Ricardo e da Catarina foi espectacular! Trataram de tudo para que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita! Todos os Hoteis deveriam ter uma equipa como eles! Muitos Parabéns até ao nosso regresso!

Our stay here was wonderful. Jaoa and Vera were very friendly hosts. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The building is old but renovated beautifully but sympathetically.
At breakfast there was good choice of food all very fresh and delicious. (Too much choice) The staff were friendly, helpful and always polite. Could not find any fault. Stayed 4 nights and visited places close by. Would recommend and would stay again. 😍

Excellente Maison d'hôtes sur la Place de Constancia,digne d'un hôtel étoilé.Buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux.Chambre spacieuse et salle de douche impeccable.Restaurant Entre Rios juste en face au premier étage, idéal pour une soirée reposante autour d'une excellente table chez un patron francophone ayant vécu 40 ans à Genève.Visitez la maison musée de Camoes.

Toda a gente é muito simpática, os quartos são espaçosos e muito limpos Toda a zona envolvente é muito gira, com bons restaurantes a alguns minutos de distância. A cama é muito confortável o que proporciona uma excelente noite de sono. Extremamente silencioso. Bom pequeno almoço.

Localizado no centro de Constância, e a 2 minutos a pé da praia fluvial. Este alojamento ocupa 2 edifícios. Espaços muito bem cuidados e muito limpo. Não é possível estacionar á porta, mas existe um parque de estacionamento logo ao lado, em frente ao rio. Tivemos um problema de barulho por parte de outro hospede no quarto ao lado, que me obrigou a contactar o proprietário já após a meia noite, e o mesmo prontificou-se a deslocar-se ao local e a chamar a atenção ao Sr. que decidira passar a noite a gritar com a esposa. Á margem desse episodio, o ponto mais fraco deste alojamento é mesmo a insonorização dos quartos. Alguém no quarto ao lado a falar normalmente parecia que estava no nosso quarto, é mesmo um ponto mais negativo.

Wir haben spontan nach einer Unterkunft in Constancia gesucht und sind auf die Casa Joao Chagas gestoßen. Es liegt in toller Lage mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Von dort aus kann man klasse Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Die Lage am Zufluss des Zezeres in den Tejo ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig und gut, wir wurden sehr verwöhnt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal. Wir wurden toll empfangen, als wir mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern ankamen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts waren alle so nett zu uns. Ganz großes Danke hierfür! Wenn wir wieder in die Region reisen, kommen wir sicher wieder!

Liked the location and his attention to detail. Room was fine as well as the breakfast. We will be back in the area and definitely staying with him again. We are experienced travelers and rate his residence at the highest level.
