Cuentan con colaboradores muy eficientes y serviciales. Sus instalaciones son muy cómodas, modernas y diseñadas con muy buen gusto. La ubicación en la ciudad de Zorritos es privilegiada, saliendo del hotel hacia el mar tienen un bosque de palmeras e instalaciones para disfrutar de la vista del mar.

Una gran experiencia la atención del personal es muy buena! Me dieron la opción de hacer un upgrade the habitación con un buen costo y justo la habitación que buscaba cerca a la playa y piscina. Lo mejor fue celebrar mi cumpleaños allí, me hicieron un gran detalle en el restaurante del hotel, las clases de ceviche norte y clases de pisco sour son muy buenas! Sin embargo deberían mejorar los precios de la carta de alimentos y bebidas.

Las instalaciones son bonitas. El hotel no necesariamente es tan grande, pero tiene todo para pasarla bien. Creo que el descuento que te dan en la estadía con algún banco lo hace más accesible. La comida es rica, el punto negativo para mi es que la carta no tiene mucha comida regional excepto los mariscos. Los chicos son sumamente atentos. Bueno la playa durante los días que estuve si estaba en alerta roja.

Estuve con mi familia ,disfrutamos mucho de la piscina ,playa las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien cuidadas ,habitaciones limpias destaco el servicio de Maria Juarez en la atención de las habitaciones ,Neomar que nos coloco la sombrilla en la playa ,pero hay algunos detalles que mejorar ,en el restaurante deben revisar y corregir las porciones de los platos pedi un lomo saltado que me vino con 4 carnes ,un arroz norteño nuy rico pero con 2 conchitas ,2 langostinos.....y asi ......el sevicio de restaurante es muy importante cuando estas de vacaciones ya que el salir a comer fuera hace que se pierda tiempo ademas que solo hay un restaurante bueno en Zorritos..... Solo vi 2 sillas de comer de niños y en un hotel familiar deberian tener más.... Tambien deberian mejorar el área de juego de niños colocar más juegos e iluminación de igual forma en la zona de juegos interior más juegos de entretenimiento. En cuanto al servicio de los colaboradores e instalaciones el hotel esta 10/10 Volveré en Julio espero encontrar mejoras....

El hotel muy lindo y acogedor. Su personal muy agradable, en especial el señor Gilbert, que nos ayudó y prestó atención en todo momento de nuestra estadía. Sin duda alguna, siempre volvemos aquí, a mi hijo le encanta este hotel y a mi me encanta sus desayunos.
