Hilton Garden Inn Conway

Very nice area has restaurants in walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Standard, slightly less than average HGI. As a Diamond, I see a lot of HGI's, and this property was ok, but nothing stood out. The room was fine, you want an odd number to be on the retail side, not the interstate side. The fitness center is very small, and they do not have the newer equipment with tv's. Also the weights are not complete, big gaps. The breakfast was fine, service was a bit slow but the quality was fine and the F&B allowance covers the meal. The good part is this is in a retail area, and there are multiple dining (sorry chains) options literally attached to the parking lot or a block or two away. Easy off/on the interstate, would stay here again if in area.

Didn’t know i had to request my room to be refreshed….

I was charged $30 more than the amount I booked for on *******. Receptionist did not communicate this with me. Did not give me the total that was being charged or the breakdown of the cost. Said I couldn’t get a receipt with the breakdown until checkout.

Avoid at all costs. While still priced the same as newer Hilton Gardens, this Hilton Garden Inn is absolutely inferior in every way. It is so outdated and disgusting while employees have ZERO customer focus. The new GM is on a power trip (because of her promotion from an assistant GM at a Little Rock property to the GM in Conway). She is extremely rude and condescending to guests. Corporate attempted to assist me, but there is only so much they can do when these are franchises. No one washed sheets, blankets, or duvet comforters during an unusual subzero week plus of winter weather. We nearly froze to death as the heat only worked sporadically in our room, yet no one offered to work on it or move us We were daily told “no one had washed anything yet” to get covers, sheets, towels etc. No breakfast is offered at this property unless you pay extra as well! Truly, the cleanliness level is frightening and dangerously bad at this property. We repeatedly watched housekeepers throw the duvet WITH the bedspread attached and the pillows on the floor while cleaning rooms as we walked down the hall. Likely how we got a terrible flu type virus while staying at this property! Very unsanitary conditions! Please stay elsewhere!

Our room had a toilet issue and we reported it upon checkout. There was also a problem with a neighboring room where the guest kept slamming their door numerous times. We never saw them but they were very noisy guest.

Easy access , courteous front desk staff, clean comfortable room , quiet and nice TV channel lineup. Easy to use thermostat, Will definitely stay there again.!

The place was very nice but I wish it mentioned on the website that the restaurant was closed Sundays. There were options in walking distance so it wasn’t a big deal.
