It's such a great place to say. The rooms are clean and comfy and I love having the kitchen there. And I love the free laundry

A two-night stay that was a disaster, and every layer of customer service was a dis-service. The toilet was unusable in my room - a coffee maker not working? OK, but the toilet?? Fix it, or find me another room. The evening manager failed to fix it, promised it would be fixed the next morning. The morning manager was reminded and promised to fix it. The evening manager was back that night when I returned and discovered it was still broken, and promised to get to it. Obviously, a critical item in my room was not working, and there was no accommodation made. I finally asked for a partial refund (I was trying to be reasonable) and was refused. I then appealed for partial refund via my credit card and was refused by the property. What a horrible experience, and what a horrible place to stay. The difference between this property and the half dozen others around it? Customer Service. Where do you feel welcome? Where do you feel confident the room is clean, serviced, and ready for you? Definitely not Candlewood Suites in Conway.

The room was spacious and very clean and the staff was very friendly, but the wifi would NOT connect to my game system. The lack of wifi is a big hit for me as it's a convenience I have become accustomed to. Works just fine on my phone but on the system (PS4) it just basically gave me the run around for nothing.

Absolutely one of the worst stays at a hotel In a long time. My room was cleaned 3 times out of the 8 weeks I stayed I even asked 3 separate times to have the day changed to a day that we weren’t here (which was the original cleaning day until my room was left unlocked and unattended 3 days for anyone that wanted to go in (luckily nothing was stolen)

hotel is a little tired and in need of some updates. Bed was comfortable, locks were a problem. Fridge was very noisy. Ok but not great overall.

Had to submit a request twice for maintenance for a constantly running toilet. During our 6 night stay it NEVER got fixed, makig flushing a nightmare. Had to fill tank with pitcher. Had an "accessible" room. The bed was so close to the wall that I would NOT call this room accessible. The tub did have grab bars everywhere and shower seat. The staff was friendly, but failed to submit the maintenance requests for toilet to be fixed. Also noticed roach crawling on the walls on 3 different days.

Great coffee. The large exterior sign was not lit, made it hard to find at night.

Checked in. Not satisfied with room, no outlets for two CPAP and torn chair. General Manager Sloene Sutton was very rude, raised her voice to me and my husband when I informed her I was going to leave a bad review then threatened to kick me out when I informed her she was not going to raise her voice to me. Totally unacceptable attitude and very unprofessional. IHG does not need people like her working for them!
