What a wonderful hotel , me and husband loved it . The room was beautiful and great. The staff so helpful and friendly. The location is just stunning. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Arrived after 20:00 with 3 friends on a golf break. We had simple/basic expectations:- quiet room, comfy bed, access to food & drink. No food service after 20:00, no room service after 20:00. Staff couldn’t even help us locate a local restaurant. Receptionist as warm & friendly as an ice bucket. Having made a return taxi trip to Llandudno for a quick bite, we weren’t surprised to find the hotel bar shut, putting an end to slim hopes of a night cap. In essence, the hotel operates for the benefit of staff convenience rather than customer needs & satisfaction. Use this hotel if you are happy to dine early, retire to sleep early & accept secondary status to staff.

This hotel was in a lovely location overlooking the Quays. The spa was one of the best we’ve been in and staff were all so friendly. Would definitely return.

Conway and Llandudno are on the other side - Degenwy on our side. We had a nice trip in beautiful weather! From the room we have a beautiful view of the bay with many beautiful boats where the difference in ebb and flow can be seen very well. The terrace of the hotel is called: The ebb and flow. Nice hotel, nice spacious room. The bedspread for decoration is broken (seam loose with fraying) and of course that doesn't look good! Wifi is really a drama in the room - in the restaurant it's just a little better, but that's not great either. Food is OK, but not very special. Charging point for car is available. At first, the charging point appears to be only for Porsche, €35 per night, but that's for a full electric car! That suddenly changes, after extensive explanation on our part. 😉

Beautiful hotel and absolutely fabulous staff . The rooms were great and spacious . The surroundings were well kept and well laid out . The downside , paying £25 to swim between certain hours , having to book a time for breakfast , not ideal when you’re on holiday . Certain rules are a little over stringent. Breakfast was great but dinner menu was a bit lacking.

The hotel is friendly and comfortable, ran smoothly except for the slow/forgetful waitress service over dinner. Breakfast service, by contract, was speedy, friendly, and efficient.

We both said that The Quay. was the best hotel we've stayed in. We had such a great time, met some lovely folk also staying. Not to mention the WHO DARES WINS team who sat with us one evening. Never been hugged before by such lovely hunky men, at over 80 too🤣🤣

My husband is an amputee, so we need an accessible room, .f Finding one that has a proper view is rare, we have been offered extractor fans, car parks, kitchens. Not here …one of the most amazing views over Conwy estuary, the mountains and towards the castle. Something to see everyday. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely balcony.
