Although the room is small, it is newly decorated. It is very convenient to charge. There is a USB port. The bathroom is small but sufficient. The hotel has convenient transportation and it takes no more than 20 minutes to go to the airport. There are many Korean restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is good and cost-effective. , worth recommending.

The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. Overall, it's quiet and safe with thoughtful service, making it perfect for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Chicago!

Lived three times. Did not feel that there is a big problem. It is satisfactory. Although it is not very high-end, it needs to be there. The room and the bed are large. Close to the airport, the surrounding supermarkets are very convenient. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but enough to eat and eat well.

Really great hotel! Staff were very helpful and super lovey! Room was amazing, and nice and warm on arrival specially as it was super cold in Chicago! Room and bathroom was clean, and even had a mini fridge to store snacks you might have bought during the day. Pillows were actually really comfy too! One down side is the gym equipment is a little outdated. I booked this particular hotel as it had a fitness center but it’s very outdated and the pins on the weights were really hard to moved/were jammed, and one of the treadmills had a dip on the middle of it when you walk on it which feels unstable. Still super great greatful they offer equipment though and great to get a little workout in on holiday!

Breakfast is not good

The similar hotels in the United States are not very different, the location is not very good, but not too bad, the facilities are perfect, clean and tidy, free parking, breakfast categories are not many, to meet the basic needs, wins the price is very good!
