Pretty good pet friendly motel in Cookeville. Clean room, clean bathroom, good water pressure for shower with plenty of hot water. Wi-if is good and the room had power outlets with USB hookups. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that the carpet in the room is worn. Entry from bath to bedroom has carpet tack *****s exposed. Breakfast is good.

Bed was dirty and they refused to care ir change it saying they had no staff and no access to bedding closets. Gross bedding and dirty mattresses and mattress pads.

Bathroom in poor condition . Loose and missing floor grout. Cracked and chipped tile, risk of lacerations to bottom of feet. Tub spout/shower diverter not working, paint peeling on the ceiling, exhaust fan not working, poor drainage in tub and sink, badly cracked shower wall.
We need to stay an additional 2 days but moved to another hotel.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and it's a pet friendly hotel. Only downfall was that we were able to hear TV and coughing from another room. Overall a good place to lay your head. Easy check in/out. Close proximity to the highway.
