The room was great and spacious. Two bedroom family room tv in each room 1 with 2 single beds. No passing traffic where our room was. Love the locality. Across the road from McDonald's and KFC as well as a Chinese Restaurant. Close to the Cbd which is in walking distance. Very quiet. Friendly staff.

Stayed 3 nights at the cooma motor inn, now owned by a company called redhill, who seem to have brought a number of these motels. The bed was straight out of the seventies . I have not slept on a bed with an inner spring mattress and base for many years, let alone one with a broken spring, sticking out of the mattress. Two worn and dirty chairs completed the so called comfort. Although still on the website , the restaurant is closed, due to staffing issues. Understandable but update your web. To the directors of redhill, get out and replace what has to be replaced. The experience was softened somewhat by a lovely staff member, who seemed to be the only one around

Great place to stop over in Cooma - it is comfortable, the staff are friendly and you can walk down the main street from here.

Close to town centre and eateries (restaurants would be overstating it!). Good access to Snowy Mountains and surrounding areas which are worth visiting. Main season is winter, but summer tourism is growing. Room reasonably cheap and spacious, but tired, didn't feel overly secured. Bar/restaurant onsite closed due to staff shortage. Jindabyne more modern and seems more upmarket.
