booked this place, but cancelled during the free cancellation period last year. Never got a refund. Been almost a year and still trying to get *********** to give a refund. Almost impossible to find a contact number. So if you want to book this motel, make sure you dont pay upfront. Or say goodbye to your money. They also charge you more than the price listed.

We recently spent a night in Coonamble staying at the Artesian Motor Inn – an interesting experience. When booking it read well on the internet but in reality we found it to be rather run down, tired, and dirty. The area has been under duress with the current plague of mice but our rooms were dirty, the bathrooms tired and needing a good clean, the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for some time with grass, papers, mouse droppings and more. Parking was outside the room and the WiFi worked but was very slow. The pool looked reasonable but we did not use it. Overall there must be better accommodation in this remote town.
