They have a lot of renovations going on but our room was quiet, big, clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, mini fridge and big smart TV. We enjoyed the rain shower and nice thick towels.
Staff were all friendly.
24 hour coffee and tea bar was great.
I liked that it so close to Safeway grocery where we bought some hot food for dinner and breakfast.
Will book here again if we go to Coos Bay on the future.

There was no hot water at the sink. When you moved the lever to the hot water position, the water would shut off.

We stayed in a room that was recently remodeled. It was very nice and really spacious. The staff were fantastic at check in and check out. The coffee in the morning was great too.
The only complaint is that the people above us were up late and we could hear everything. It's a good thing we are heavy sleepers. We would stay here again but I'd ask to be on the top floor.

Unfortunately the connecting door was not insulated well. The man in the next room was not well, his coughing may have been Covid. Very deep, continuous coughing. He seemed to be in our room. Coughed well after midnight and started again about 6am.

This place is a total dive. It really shows what kind of work can be done with selective camera angles and filters. They blatantly lied about the pool being open which it was not when we arrived. We walked out in disgust as we felt unsafe and like we would pick up a communicable disease if we slept on the beds. We asked for a refund and the front desk guy was rude and said good luck. We booked thru ******* and they were useless in helping us get a refund as well. We ended up going to another hotel and having to pay for 2 hotels one night on our road trip. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
