Used to dislike PNW winter, but the glamping tents here have changed my perspective. Even in bad weather, absolutely amazing to be cozy with the woodstove & extremely comfortable bed, and enjoy time on the covered patio. Short walk to the coast & the green lantern pub. Quiet and secluded at least in the off-season. Would spend every weekend here if I could.

The unit was not clean upon arrival, which set a disappointing tone from the start. The bedding had sand in it, and with no mattress pads provided, it was unclear whether the sand was in the sheets or embedded in the mattress. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was dismissive, as if it either wasn’t a concern or didn’t exist. The floors were also filthy—there was visible sand and food from previous guests, and when we wiped up our wet shoes, the paper towel came up filthy. It didn’t appear the floors had been mopped in quite some time. Other issues included: • Dirty and wet dishes put away in the cabinets • No forks in the entire unit • No hot water at any point—despite running the shower for over five minutes • Additional sheets, when requested, were also dirty • WiFi that worked only briefly before disappearing completely—particularly frustrating given the rain and our need to plan the next part of our trip Overall, this experience fell far short of what we expected, especially given the price point. If a friend asked me for a recommendation, I’d unfortunately have to say no. I emailed the front desk after we departed and received no response. Dirty and disappointing stay. Go elsewhere and pay 1/4 of the price and get cleaner accommodations.

My husband and I stayed here one night to break up a long drive. I was disappointed when we drove into the town, trash on side of roads etc. Once we did arrive the grounds didn’t appear kept up at all. For all the questionnaires sent prior to check in you would think it was a legitimate resort. This place is a far cry from a resort. Should be renamed to Pacific Dunes Motel. It does not look like the pictures online. Floors were gritty and bathroom lighting wasn’t sufficient. The WIFI went in and out and the pull out couch was unusable. Do note that the bridge on the LONG walk to the beach has a two person maximum weight limit and very sketchy. I feel that the amount we were charged was steep for what we received which was not much. Keep driving a little further south.

Everything was great! The only complaint is the oven had some left over residue from a past guest. When trying to use the oven, it caused the smoke alarm to go off since it hadn’t been properly cleaned prior.

Had to leave a night earlier. The idea is wonderful but the lady that takes care of the resort is over worked. She was trying to help everyone. Out OG Tiny home was cute but the bed mattress was of a sofa bed very thin. Small ants on the kitchen level and the fireplace ( heat) inside didn’t work. We tried to get everything dealt with but no luck so had to leave ☹️

The property is run down and not well-maintained. Our tent had visible mold and it looks like the flooring underlayment got soaked. Looking at past reviews the tents experienced flooding. Bathrooms were worse than state park restrooms when it comes to cleanliness. Only one functioning shower. Other shower was missing shower head and other guest couldn’t use it so I hurried to let her use the functioning one. Our tent flap zipper was broken and “fixed” with duct tape which doesn’t stick to canvas so I caution guests bringing dogs. Not worth $240 a night. Owners need to invest in fixing up the place.

Little spot! Got in, dropped off our bags and headed straight to the beach! Beautiful little trail down there. The comfiest sheets we've ever experienced. Loved it! Want to come back and check out the tiny houses!

his place is AWEFUL! I would not recommend it to anyone! We booked this hotel via *******. We received the email a day before stated they will text the check in instruction on the check-in day. However, we have never received any confirmation on how to check in and the signal in Seabrook was very spotty. We finally find somewhere with decent signal and called the hotel, They told us, our room ladder was broken!!!!!!!! So we can't access to one of the bed. They knew the ladder was broken days ago but never bother to mention when they send us the email?? They kept on asking do you need both beds? There is one bed available tho, I was like this room not the right condition so we asked for the free cancellation since it's not right and they told us 8PM when we were about to check in! They never contact us in advance. They agreed to cancel the room on the phone but we are still waiting for the refund. When I called back to follow up the cancelation they told us to contact to ******* because they can't reach out the owner, but when the ******* tried to call them, they haven't answered the calls, for days, They do not response! This place is super shady!!!!!!

Tiny travesty Dinette table is unstable, so don't place expensive things on top! Bedding looked questionable as to if they had been laundered. Floors in the loft weren't swept. Bathroom dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty. The internet had terrible connectivity. No coffee machines, so bring your own! The cost of the tiny home wasn’t worth the cost.
