The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

A great little place convenient to the sights and attractions. Everything you need is a short walk away. The room is clean and comfortable. Bikes available for hire a short walk away if you want to go to attractions like tivoli or a stroll around the shopping district. Tiger lily restaurant is just downstairs and had some reasonable eats. Staff are really friendly and welcoming

First time at 25H and what a great experience! Hotel decor is awesome and very living with a great feel to it. Staff superbly friendly and Breakfast was abundant with everything you could possible desire! Not my last stay at Papiroen

Terrible Security – Our Bags Were Stolen and Staff Did Nothing😡 We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel in Copenhagen, and we want to warn fellow travelers to be extremely careful. While we were waiting during the check-in transition period, we left our luggage briefly in the hotel hallway — as instructed by the staff. However, there was no security, no access control, and no staff monitoring the area. As a result, some of our backpacks were stolen. The bags contained cash, credit cards, and one of them was even hidden in a corner, yet it was still taken!!😡 What made the situation worse was the hotel’s complete lack of responsibility and assistance. Staff only helped us check the surveillance footage, but told us we had to go to the police station and file the report all by ourselves. The hotel manager never showed up or contacted us, and no apology or support was offered at all. We were left to deal with everything on our own. Here are a few warnings for future travelers: 1. Never leave your luggage unattended, even inside the hotel. 2. Don’t assume cities like Copenhagen are theft-free — crimes do happen. 3. Make sure the hotel has a secure luggage storage area before booking. This incident completely ruined part of our trip, and we are deeply disappointed with the hotel’s handling of the situation.
