Very good for the price. My only complaint would be that the bathroom is tiny, but for the price it's not a big deal. Walking distance to royal arena, which is good if you're in Copenhagen for a concert like I was.

The room was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. The room was very clean, and the security was also very strict. The location is good too, very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to the city center by subway.

The room was very dirty, with crumbs everywhere and greasy fingerprints on the walls. In the bathroom, we found freshly shaved hair, which made it feel as though the room had not been cleaned at all. We informed reception and were given a new room, which was only slightly better. Overall, the general atmosphere of the hotel felt off, and we have stayed in much cheaper hotels that were significantly better.

Zero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash.
Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all.
The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients.
Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

The location of the hotel is also quite good because its a walking distance to the train station. I would not recommend it if you have multiple luggage items, as the walk from the station to the hotel is a little bit long and the walking lane is not for luggage. Rooms are also smaller than expected. But overall, our stay was good because its near a mall.

I was traveling solo and booked a single room, which honestly was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, but it was quite clean. The front desk doesn't store luggage; you have to put it in special lockers in the basement. A small locker is fine for a carry-on, and it costs 40 DKK for six hours.
