Decent location from the train station, nearby a mall and nice view of the harbour. Clean room and good service. Good value. Highly recommend staying here for your trip.

The hotel is relatively new and bigger than other, come with a beautiful seaview room and restaurants. The location is quite far from the city centre but there is one train station by 8 min walk. I stayed there for 7 days, breakfast never change varieties, the same over the entire week. Quite boring

I was staying here for 2 nights, and I opened two bottle of water in refrigerator. For the first bottle, it was a brand new one; then for the second bottle, it was opened and drunk a little bit by someone that I don’t know. So it’s clearly know that the hotel didn’t check the refrigerator. It was very scary. Because I almost to drink that opened bottle of water.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Is it eco-friendly to not collect trash from trash cans?

I was so disappointed since the service I’ve got does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel especially for cleaning. It says we need to request if we would like to ask for the cleaner service to conserve energy. But, the cleaner just put more towels and do not clean or refill the empty bottles for washing. Also, you might see spiders in your room probably due to this and have to endure within heats because we are not able to control AC to save energy.

My last night in Denmark before flying home, this was the perfect quiet spot. Friendly check in, bicycle hire and comfy room was appreciated. Staff on front desk were helpful with many suggestions on where to go. The rooms are small and not very sound proof but this was not a problem as there were no rowdy guests! Breakfast was amazing. So much choice.

Great hotel - and attentive staff. Really clean hotel- Scrumptious range and choices for breakfast. however some minor issues that can easily be resolved by management. Tv did not work - though didn’t go to watch tv but would be nice. The single beds are slightly on the narrow side - (I’m not extra large!) Rooms slightly small especially for a triple - lucky our 3rd person couldn’t come otherwise it would have been very cramped.

I stayed for 3 nights in February. The location is great. It faces the canal and has a nice view. In addition, there is a shopping center right next door, IKEA right in front of you, and the station is less than a 10-minute walk away. If the season is nice, it might be a good idea to rent a bicycle from the hotel and ride around the city. There was an Asian supermarket within a short walk. I arrived at the hotel about 2 hours earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to check in early and take a rest in my room. The only amenities were shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, but the room was modern and clean. Bed making for consecutive nights had to be reserved in advance. Breakfast had a wide variety of bread, cheese, and ham, and the food was very delicious. I was able to have a leisurely breakfast while looking out at the waterside scenery. Denmark is expensive, so it was definitely better to book a buffet-style breakfast at the hotel. This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to everyone.
