Tivoli Hotel

Lovely clean and very friendly stuff and anything we needed in the room it was there in 5 min

The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked.

Merhabalar yastığın boyutu çok küçüktü. Banyodaki klima ayar düğmesinin nereye kumanda ettiğini gösteren bir yazı yoktu. Ve 30 dereceye kadar ayarlaniyordu. Sonradan farkettim ki banyo altan ısıtmaya aitmiş. Ama normal odanın Max. Sıcaklığı 23,5 dereceye ayarlaniyordu. Tv nin yeri hiç uygun değildi. Tv izlemek mümkün değildi 22:00 olduğunda hiçbir yiyecek yapan restaurant yoktu. Sabah kahvaltısında zeytin yoktu. Peynir 2 çeşitti.

Good clean room. Very comfortable room size. Location is around 10 minutes walk to Tivoli Garden. Nice hotel!

The closest public transport is a single bus stop with a service that runs every 20-30 minutes. Walking to the nearest metro station takes 10+ minutes. Our check out date was on the date of the Copenhagen Marathon, and the whole street was closed to all vehicles including buses, so we had to walk 15 minutes with our luggage. For some reason, this important road closure was not communicated by the hotel.

The location is good, not too far from the center. I rented the bike and rode to center only 15 minutes.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and many aspects of the hotel were excellent—especially the cleansing products provided, which were of very good quality and much appreciated. However, as someone with sensitive skin, I am particularly affected by dust mites. During my stay, I noticed that the carpet in the room may not have been thoroughly vacuumed, which caused significant skin irritation and discomfort. I kindly suggest that the hotel could improve its vacuuming and cleaning standards, especially for carpets, to ensure a more comfortable environment for guests with allergies or sensitive skin.
