City Hotel Nebo

Location was the best right outside the Copenhagen Central train, bus and metro station. Restaurants and 7th eleven surrounding this hotel. I booked a 3 beds room. It was roomy. Unfortunately the bathroom was very small and the worst thing the shower doors very difficult to position. The gap between the door was really bad. It made the floor all wet. You must close the door to use the toilet everytime. There was no storage to put anything. Note: this hotel does not has air-conditioner. It had a table top fan in the clothes closet. Windows can open but not sure how much will it help when it's very hot. One thing I noticed when I pushed the hotel main door in. There's about 5 steps to carry your luggage to the front desk. A old building smell in the hotel and felt very stuffy. Make sure you booked a private bathroom room. Otherwise, they offered room with a share bathroom. No tea kettle and coffee machines at all. Overall was a two star hotel, should shop around near by to compare.

An excellent hotel for the price. If you plan to explore the area on foot, this is the ideal choice. It is close to the train station, conveniently located, and features nice rooms. For Europe, the price is very affordable. You can book with confidence—I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. It’s a lot of beautiful places around the hotel. You just need to go by walk.

The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

It is located near central station and metro station with reasonable price at Easter holiday. Nice staff and free storage of luggage is convenient too. Room is tidy. Toilet and shower room for each floor is enough coz some room have their own bathroom.

Excellent location next to the Central Train Station - very convenient, lots of restaurants nearby, service is good. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

everything is good ! The stuff’s are warm, the location is excellent, the room is cozy. The only things that need to improve is the pillow is too soft that’s make my neck very uncomfortable!

The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.
