There should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout.

The location was so convenient as we came to see our sister who lives around the corner.
The staff were brilliant and we made the most of the rooftop terrace.
We will definitely be using this hotel again

The hotel suite was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were just the right size. The bathrooms are small but functional. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had plenty of options. The food was well prepared and fresh. The location was in a quiet part of town. Short walk to many attractions. Overall, we had a lovely time and would certainly stay again.

The hotel was great in total, the location is good and quiet at night, rooftop is splendid, the breakfast had some of the best scrambled eggs I ever had, it is very chique in general; the only thing I would say was that my single bed was a bit worn down and tilted so I felt like rolling off to the side a little.

Location great, breakfast neat and delicious, rooms comfy and essential yet, my son happened to wet the bed as he was tired of the journey. I let the hotel know and showed my willingness to pay an extra charge for the incident. In return I had rolling eyes from the staff and was charged 67 euro for the cleaning. I wasn’t very happy about what I was charged and how I was treated on the occasion.
