It was very nice apartment and spent relaxing time there!

Title: Most Expensive Stay of My Trip, But Also the Most Disappointing A Total Lack of Value: At approximately 4,500 DKK for a two-night stay, I expected a lot more than what I received. This was the priciest booking of my entire 5-week European trip, and yet it was the most ordinary. When you compare this to the €227 I paid per night in Hamburg for a huge, high-service 44m² apartment, the value here is non-existent. An Inconvenient Location: Contrary to the marketing, the location isn't actually that good. There is nothing around the apartment. It felt quite isolated, and I found myself constantly walking long distances just to find basic services, cafes, or life. It’s not convenient for a traveller who wants to be where the action is. Lack of Comfort: The room was small and the bed was genuinely uncomfortable. For this price, a quality bed should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration is the lack of a lift; carrying bags up multiple flights of stairs in a building with zero on-site staff really highlights how much you are overpaying for "self-service." The Verdict: Copenhagen is expensive, but even by local standards, this felt like poor value. It’s a clean, basic space in a quiet, somewhat empty pocket of the city. I wouldn't stay here again.

We really appreciated how clean and well-stocked the apartment was. However, the elevator situation was very disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights and it was only functional once. Even though the host was very responsive and sorry about the situation, we were forced to carry our bags and stroller by hand throughout the trip. This was quite exhausting and not what we expected

The place had a constant smell of sewerage , the Netflix account ( which was the only way to watch tv) did t work for days, the place was filthy including big stains on the mattress. Do not stay here especially if you have children!

They had painters painting the wall immediately outside my door during my stay, which brought in dangerous fumes inside the apartment while myself, my wife and infant were in. We were inhaling VOCs and ultimately had to stay at a different hotel during part of the time we paid to stay here.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The apartment is well situated, walkable and well equipped. There is a grocery store within a five minute walk, and most of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk radius. In addition, the hotel staff are wonderful! They promptly answered my emails and were happy to accommodate a special request. This is our second time staying here, and I look forward to a many more. It's a perfect hotel if you are spending time pre/post cruise. It's a short walk to the main train station which makes it accessible to both the port and the airport. Great job, and thanks for all of your help with this trip!

Very convenient to tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Large rooms, kitchen is well stocked of plates and flatware. Refrigerator froze vegetables and ice built up at the back of the refrigerator.
