It was a good location, a bit far from Central Copenhagen but it’s close to the train station. My bed was uncleaned when I got there which was unexpected bruh. I had a coffee at the pub / common area and the common area was quite nice

Everything is good. Room is little bit small for family of 4 . No air conditioning in entire city. So ask for a fan if needed.

Absolut discusting. 8 bedrooms dorms under ground level facing the street with cars and bicycles passing by. Never washed pillows and blankets are yellow and smelly. Sleeping is bad as you can hear all noise from the corridor. Toilets are handicap friendly, but the shower curtains are hanging under the ceiling and half a meter over the floor, so the whole bathroom is flooded after 1 person taking a shower. The smell of piss is overwhelming even after cleaning. Broken hangers for coats everywhere as the cannot carry the weight of of winter coats. The smell in the guest kitchen with no window is undescribable, no tea towels or paper and a sponge that doesn't seem to have been changed this year. Dirty refrigerators, kettle with burning marks in the bottle, smashed frying pans, hardly any plates, cups or cutlery. The lounge is okay, though theplastic chairs don't seem to be cleaned regularly. Outdoor area depressing and dirty. They don't clean furnitures or swipe the area.

The hostel is lively and composed of multiple room types of your choices. It has a bar and shared kitchen area, where you can do groceries in the nearby supermarket and cook since dine-out expenses are quite high in copenhagen! The place was lively and had lots of guests - if you love networking and meeting new people, I’d recommend this hostel! The place is located in norrebro, close to metro stations (15 minutes walk) and surrounded by lots of cute cafes and restaurants! (I didn’t take photos of the hostel, so I included photos of nearby areas and restaurant instead!)

The service guy is quite good and very nice and except that I only can say the price is here so you know just so so

The location seemed decent at first glance, but the entrance was actually quite far away. I couldn’t charge my devices in the room. The shower room had a strange, unpleasant smell. Towels were charged extra. The shared kitchen and fridge were a nice surprise — they’re not common in most Copenhagen hostels, so that was a big plus. However, the water heater (kettle) was extremely old and in terrible condition, with exposed metal parts. It honestly felt quite dangerous to use.

I stayed here for 5 nights. First, I want to say that the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. When I explained my situation to the receptionist, she was very understanding and kindly moved me to a female-only room, which I truly appreciated. However, I would strongly advise women to think carefully before booking a mixed dorm room. During my first 4 nights in a mixed room, I barely slept at all. Several of the men snored loudly throughout the night, sometimes at the same time. One guest had an alarm going off around 3 a.m. every night to pray, and another guest was constantly coughing. After arriving in Denmark following two days of travel, the lack of sleep became overwhelming. The situation became so exhausting that one morning I gave up trying to sleep and went to the reception area at 5 a.m. just to rest somewhere quieter. It seriously affected my first days in the country and made my arrival much more stressful than it should have been. Once I was moved to a women’s room, I was finally able to get proper rest. For that, I am very grateful to the staff. The employees deserve praise for their kindness and professionalism, but based on my experience, I would never choose a mixed dorm room again.
