Didn't stay there as my itinerary changed a few hours after I booked. They wouldn't refund my complete payment only half of it supposedly as I haven't got it yet. That's the reason I won't stay there again....

That was pretty bad..... it’s like they gave us a janitor closet that they turned into a room 5 years ago and only use in emergencies. Sleep number bed didn’t work. None of the usual hotel books with nearby restaurants or things to do were in the room.
Restaurant and bar were closed with no indication on the website or even at sign there.
Went to the front desk in the morning to check out and witnessed another customer frantically knocking on doors because there was no one in sight to do it
So we left and just called. Who knows where the person I talked to actually was but they said OK. No problem you’re checked out.
Overall, super bummed that a highly regarded hotel name had such disappointing facilities and management.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Let me start with the negatives: Upon checking in I was told the pool and jacuzzi were closed. Next morning I went down to breakfast- you have to pay for it which I didn't realize: 9.99 for an adult. However- the coffee is part of the hotel NOT part of the breakfast buffet and there was none ! Also- no toaster to toast the bread which has been provided in the other hotels I stayed in where breakfast was FREE! I made a reservation here based upon past experience staying at Radison's and such a good experience. I'm rethinking staying at Radison ever again.

We went during the solar eclipse. This hotel experience was a scam. I paid $490.69 for two nights, and the hotel did not have any blankets for us to sleep with. The temperature was 38 degrees and the heater made a rambunctious sound when we turned it on. We got no sleep that first night, and we paid almost $250!!! I deserve a refund for the first night. I bought the hotel from priceline. I talked to Alan, the manager, and he did noting. This place was filthy, and housekeeping never came to our room, even when we asked. Radisson Akron-Fairlawn should be shut down - it gives shame to the Radisson name..

The people that work there were very nice, but it seemed like everything in the hotel was broken. When I took a shower anytime someone in another room flush the toilet, the water would almost disappear and then come back a few minutes later.
Also, every single piece of equipment in the gym was broken it was totally nonfunctional. The hotel was dingy in terms of lighting. Sometimes the buttons would stick in the elevator. You could smell pot smoke coming out from one of the rooms on my floor. Somebody threw a bunch of gummy bears in front of the hotel, and they stayed there for three days. Nobody cleaned them up or move them.
On the plus side the location is nice and there’s a lot of restaurants and bars right down the street that are in walking distance.
I think this hotel could be a really nice place if someone put a little bit of effort in money into revitalizing it. On the other hand it was very inexpensive to stay there. So I’m not expecting the place to be perfect but at least I’m expecting the gym to be functional and the lighting to not be dingy.

The elevators in the front were NOT working. We had to use the elevators in the middle of the property. If you had an additional 10 minutes each way to wait for them to ride, then no problem. Otherwise, you waited forever or took the steps lugging all of your luggage. That was unpleasant to have to continually use the steps for.the price they charged.

Just a few instead of it being 50$ deposit it was 150 the toilet had urine around it it also smelled really bad on this site at the time of booking it said free breakfast it was actually 10$ I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back but I’m in no hurry the staff was nice just a few errors
