The overall cleanliness and comfort in this hotel was very unsatisfying. A lot of things in the room need to be updated.

Mixed reviews on this stay. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I liked that the floors in the room were solid surface instead of carpet. The layout was nice. However, we also had some major issues. The biggest two were that the shower head and the beds. The shower head in our bathroom was moldy - like really moldy. It was pretty gross. Also, the beds were extremely noisy. Anytime anyone moved through the night it set off a whole cacophony of creaking. In addition, the bathroom door would not shut, the mattresses were hard as bricks, the reservation was for two queen size beds but the beds were definitely fulls, and there was a bottle of KY left on a shelf. Overall, it was a place to sleep for the night with a really good price. Not sure that we will be back.

The price was unbelievable for our king sized deluxe room with a jetted tub!
We would have paid three time more for a place of this quality.
Every person was friendly knowledgeable and courteous.
The front desk went above and beyond to meet our needs, the food was amazing, the room was clean and the entire hotel was spotless. This stay rates off the charts!
Definitely a hidden gem.
A thousand times recommend this hotel.
All hotels could really learn a lot by following your example.
