I strongly advise against patronizing this hotel. Unless you find enjoyment in experiencing assault and verbal abuse from hotel staff, it's best to steer clear of this establishment. The general manager's unwavering support of their staff and constant excuses reflect poor management skills. IHG I know your going feed me this lie, I forwarded your comments to our hotel management and took the necessary steps to rectify our errors. Or best of them all. This one has shared your comments with the hotel management team. I'm confident they'll take the steps needed to address these concerns you raised and ensure a flawless stay in the future. IHG I challenge that you visit the hotel to understand firsthand the reasons behind the numerous complaints. For a legitimate business, it is imperative to dedicate time to the efficient running and management of the company.

The suite was clean. One of rooms heat did rise past 74 degrees. The toilets need to be replaced as are there better water saving versions at a $100 rate from Lowes or Home depot. Holding down the flush is not pleasant to do everytime.

We booked the room because happy hour and appetizers were advertised. There definitely was no such thing. However, the room was gorgeous and great for the price. Just wish there was actually a bar. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for extended stays! Our room had a full size kitchen and a separate bedroom. It was gorgeous. Staff was not the most friendly, but those things could b overlooked.
