Parking was easy with plenty of spots available, even with a late-night arrival.
Rooms are clean but VERY small. Beds and pillows are firm, good if that is your personal preference.

we had an issue where hotels rooms were not booked by our office. Moriah with Tru Coppell DFW Airport North went well beyond in helping us to get things sorted out and my team into rooms. She was one of the best reps i have ever had the pleasure to work with, especially over the phone. We will definitely stay here in the future knowing that Moriah can get the issues resolved. Thanks for all your help.

I have been to this hotel a few times for work and it’s great. Clean, nice staff, good gym. Breakfast is also fine— but the person who goes above and beyond is the person at the front desk, Moriah. She has been so accommodating, kind, and helpful!

Awesome place. Awesome staff. Had a CC issue at check-in that I couldn't rectify at that time of night. Staff worked with me to get me in my room and really took care of me. Moriah and Kelly were incredible.

Had to book this last minute. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was small but nice. Would recommend.
