The location is good, it is isolated by paultons park!
However, the sound insulation of the room is poor, and other people's voices can be heard.
Overall good, there will be a chance to stay again

Completely unacceptable for a premier inn standard of hotel. The bathroom was mouldy, layers of dust and full of grim. We complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned - this did not take place when we returned back to the room. Not enough towels for a family room - asked for more but no one came. Very disappointed. We complained to the manager after no one came to clean the room and no towels were provided - we were just given a card to write a complain to.

Great parking, room was good but have been in bigger rooms in a Premier Inn. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good but eating at the pub next door was not a great experience. It was a Friday but it was so busy, not many staff and lots of children. Hotel is near to Peppa Pig theme park so bear that in mind. Food was good though when it arrived. Pretty standard fare for a pub chain.

amazing pillows comfy bed food was great all in all amazing definitely coming again staff was polite friendly and helpful very satisfied with everything. Perfect all round cant fault myself and my child would be delighted to come again thank you so much

Room was OK, didn't look like it had been hoovered properly when we got in - there was mud on the floor and mess in the bathroom near the bin. When we had breakfast in the morning, it was painful to watch a lady (not a young lady) working on her own, being the host, clearing tables and making sure there was food/drinks replenished. The whole time we sat eating breakfast, she looked exhausted. We then went out to reception and there were three people pretty much sat there doing nothing.

Stopped at this hotel the night before cruising from Southampton,it is so convenient and we always find the staff welcoming and very helpful. And you always know what to expect and are not disappointed. Breakfast at the hotel and if you want an evening meal there's a pub nextdoor.

What a brilliant stay. We stayed here as a family of four the night before two days in Paultons Park paid separate to our package so we could travel up at our on pace the day previous. Room and overall hotel cleanliness was spotless. Great set up for family room situated on ground floor. Room was very warm so only downside as windows didn't open wide enough to cool down room but understand due to security. Hotel is attached to restaurant and soft play, which our kiddies loved before bed time. With it being so close to paultons park it's absolutely ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here after our day at paultons Park. What a lovely little hotel, even though we drove it is walking distance to the park. Staff are very friendly. Big shout out to Lisa and Sharon, who both took time out of their busy morning to talk to our daughter who has special needs to talk about her birthday visit to the park. We will definitely book this hotel again as we are planning a return trip.

Small room, dodgy TV remote, nice shower room, no cooling control in bedroom (as notified). Duvet too warm but air temp too cold first night(as often in PI). Room provisions not replenished during two-night stay. In-house breakfast room, no Whitbread dinner option (Hungry Horse next door). Long walk to rooms!! Car park full of highways maintenance trucks first night - contractors staying!! Noisy from upstairs where floors creaky (and footsteps heavy). Big market for theme park next door but not too busy during week. Handy for Romsey area, but wouldn’t rush back.
