Fuimos al restaurante del hotel Enjoy Coquimbo, juicy Lucy , que también tiene la carta de Santa Brasa. Pésima atención , esperamos más de una hora con mis 4 hijos , por unas hamburguesas. Cuando preguntamos que pasaba con el pedido la respuesta fue “ no sabemos que pasa” . Así que nos fuimos ya que no podíamos seguir esperando . Lamentable que un hotel y un lugar como enjoy tenga tan mala atención en uno de sus restaurantes .

This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots of restaurants around that were more than sufficient.

The place is pretty much run down and would require some renovation, not worth the price you pay. Location is nice at the beach. The jacuzzy was out of service, one of the lights inside the indoor pool was lying on the floor with its cable connected. One of two elevators did not work, as it did not read the room key.
