Accessible, with good views and good service. Excellent buffet breakfast, even considering pandemic restrictions. I was only sorry for not being able to use the jacuzzi/sauna, which were closed due to the pandemic.

Staff profissional. Ambiente super aconchegante, limpo e reservado. O jantar, para hotel de 5 estrelas deixa a desejar. Tivemos que chamar um empregado para nos atender à entrada da sala, tivemos que pedir o menu porque tardava a entrega. O risotto estava bom mas parecia um arroz de marisco e não risotto. E as sobremesas fracas. Mousse de chocalate já passada e um leite de creme frio, aquecido por cima. Para 5 estrelas precisam de melhorar alguns pormenores.

Para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixou muito a desejar. Sou clientes de alguns anos seguidos, em que gostava muito do hotel e da sua qualidade e desde a pandemia que não o visitava. Decidi nesta Páscoa voltar com a família e fiquei desiludida. Pequeno almoço muito a baixo para um hotel de 5 estrelas, até já fui para outras cadeias hotelereiras de 4 estrelas bastante melhores. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade e a qualidade deixou muito a desejar, ainda faltava mais de 30min para o fecho, quando ainda estava a chegar muita gente e não reponham nada e estava, quase tudo praticamente vazio. Pedi no bar do hotel uma baguete de atum e o pão parecia que tinha dias, não deviam apresentar aquilo a um cliente. O almoço de Páscoa também deixou muito a desejar, a qualidade das refeições não é a mesma, é fraquinha para o valor pedido. Quiseram renovar o hotel e perderam outras qualidades de serviço muito importantes para a sua pontuação. Bastante desiludida, por um hotel que tanto gostava de ir, numa cidade incrivel. Dificilmente voltarei.

Quarto confortável, pequeno almoço excelente, bom bar e espaço exterior para relaxar um pouco. Quando visitei o espaço estava em obras por isso a presença na piscina exterior foi um pouco ruidosa, quanto à piscina interior nem sequer a vi pois estava encerrada para obras. Iniciativa positiva a de no caso de não ser necessária a limpeza de quarto é dado um voucher de 5€ para consumo no bar.

Je n'y ai passé que deux nuits, mais à chaque fois arrivé tardivement, je ne peux me prononcer sur la piscine et les activités extérieurs. La chambre est grande, les sanitaires il n'y a rien a redire. Quant au diner et petit dejeuner, c'est en buffet à volonté

A 15 min du centre ville à pieds, personnel et hôtel top. Superbe piscine extérieure pour se détendre au soleil. Une piscine intérieure (pour celle ci bonnets de bain obligatoires) avec jacuzzi sauna hamam. Je recommande vivement
