Wasn't expecting a luxury. It's a clean room with a kitchen area. Bathroom is pretty basic, warm water but not hot.

Absolutely loved this hotel - even with no elevator and we were on the third floor. Beautiful decor in the room - have never seen this before in a hotel. Thank you!

This is a very cute Boutique hotel !!! Rooms are cute, small but cute. We walked around for 4 hours and rode the free trolley and got to see the area of Coral Gable. Would definitely stay again.

Excelente hotel para su precio asequible en la zona. Tiene lo necesario y la habitación está limpia. Cuenta con cafetera, microondas y nevera. Atención que no cuenta con ascensor. La zona de los alrededores está muy bien, llena de cafés y restaurantes.

The room was clean. A decent size fridge and microwave. The cable tv did not work. When I called the front desk she could not hear me and hung up. Target was a 3 minute walk away which was really good. It served its purpose to overnight.

I find it amazing that people are still leaving this place bad reviews is getting well documented for years what you were getting. We brought earplugs in sleeping blindfolds, stayed on the second floor facing the street. No issues sleeping, easy check in, wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance. Reasonable price for a pre-cruise stay.
For those who complained about the stairs, an elderly gentleman with a walker was there. He ****** it up like a big boy and did them two handed sideways. Do you research and don't act so shocked when you get what everybody else did.
