The staff is very pleasant and willing to offer assistance. When I checked out of the hotel, I got distracted and left my carryon bag upstairs by the Front Desk. Humberto dashed downstairs to us while we were at the valet and brought my bag. I would definitely make reservations at the Hotel Colonnade again. Great service!

I had such a great birthday celebration thank to the wonderful staff of the Colonade hotel. Mr. Humberto was so amazing and loyal to his passion of helping the guests feel happy! The manager Stephanie went above and beyond with not just upgrading my room but sending a bottle of champagne and treats. There was absolutely nothing wrong all weekend! I couldn’t have chosen a better stay cation for my birthday with my family. Thank you team for your amazing hospitality and service! Keep up the amazing work!

I travel to Miami once a year for work, and this is my third year staying here — I look forward to it every time! The valet team is always so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smells amazing the moment you walk in. (I even asked the front desk what the scent was!) Check-in is easy, the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with lots of pillow options. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the location can’t be beat — great food and places to explore all around. Already excited to come back next year!

Amazing hotel! The location could not be more convenient, you can literally walk anywhere in Coral Gables, from great restaurants to shops and cafés. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff is wonderful, and I want to especially mention Nick Browning at reception as he was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to him, we decided to extend our stay, and he made the whole process so easy and pleasant. Everything about this hotel feels elegant and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such an amazing experience at Hotel Colonnade thanks to Humberto and Mitchell! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was there to create content, and they went above and beyond to make my stay effortless and enjoyable. From a smooth check-in process to assisting with my bags, and even surprising me with champagne, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Their positive energy truly elevated my stay. Humberto and Mitchell were absolutely fabulous, and I can’t wait to return soon!

The hospitality created by the team of this hotel made the difference if our stay. From the warm welcome from Humberto to the smile in the hall from Lili, made us feel like home. Feeling welcome and happy on a particular place is the most amazing feeling you can experience. You will find this here. Ivan on the vallet, kind and friendly everytime you needed something, was enjoyable too. Food and drinks were great also.
