I got in late and went to the wrong location . I was confused but finally got it right

The hotel is oooooold. Maintenance is inexistent. Repairs needed for virtually everything in the hallways and in the bathroom. Bathroom was dirt. Towel towels were dirty. The room smelled…. I think it was pesticide. I refused to walk barefoot in the room!

Terrible experience, won't be going back. Too bad, because we stayed there a few years ago and it was fine. The check in was fine this time, but when we got out of the elevator on the second floor we immediately wanted to leave. The hallway was extremely dingy and dirty. The toilet in our room rocked and the sheets on the bed were dirty. When I went back to the front desk the hotel clerk told me she did not have to give me another room because we booked through a 3rd party. Something about she did not have anymore of the type room we booked. I said, I don't care what type of room you give me, I just want a clean room. Then the clerk added that all room changes need to be made within fifteen minutes. This was all "just so you know for next time" like I did something wrong. We did not turn down the sheets until after my wife's shower. If you follow the clerks logic, we would as a matter of practice have to turn down the sheets in the hotel within 15 minutes of check-in. It was like she was doing us a favor by changing us from the dirty room for another without an up charge. I wanted to leave but the third party we booked through said they needed to contact the hotel and the clerk told them a manager was not available to approve the request. We were given a new room. I asked to speak to the manager when we checked out and I was told that the manager was not in. The first room was unacceptable because of the dirty sheets. The toilet was in bad shape. The second room was just OK, but the bathroom was not in great shape. The front desk clerk was rude. We won't be back.

Please do yourself a favor do NOT book this hotel. the property was dirty and poorly mintained. There was tras all over the place, and it felt neglected and unclean throughout. I was very dissaponted with the overall condition would not recomend syaying here.

I hate this place, do not come here, doesnt clean sheets or mattresses, was itching all night, bathrooms are not up to par, and found roaches.

We did not have a good experience with La Quinta in Coral Springs, there were many issues with the room, outlets were not good to hold plugs, bathroom had many issues with cleanliness and old repairs, toilets not flushing, Micro rusty, fridge not cooling, phone not working, door difficult to lock, balcony over looked another roof with piles of cigarette butts, liquor bottles, a shoe, trash in general. Hallway with old stains in carpet, ice machine area dirty and machine not working. Many issues, that someone needs to address

That’s the worst place I have ever been. Everything is so dirty, the smell is horrible and it’s hard to breathe in the room. Cigarettes, mold, dirt in the air is all over the place. Carpets looks like they were seeing a lot of stuff… Breakfast area was containing zero food. During the breakfast time there was nothing for the guests to eat but the “nuclear” yogurts that are carcinogenic… Elevator was full of dust and dirt. In the bathroom we were welcomed by the cockroaches. And the water in the sink was so stinky that it was so hard to brush teeth. This is nothing like La Quinta franchise. All of the other ones were 6 stars hotel comparing to what we have experienced.
