The check in personal were friendly. My room was clean and cleaned daily while I stayed there. Hot water was available for hot tea with breakfast.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bathtub backed up using the shower and the hair dryer would not work. The refrigerator and microwave worked as needed. The hot breakfast was very good. Overall, a good experience with a few, minor glitches.

We did not receive the room booked which was a ground floor suite. We received a standard room on the 3rd floor. Someone took a panel out of the elevator over night, leaving wiring exposed. Housekeeping knocked and used entry card within 10 seconds of knocking. I ended up opening the door all of the way as she was opening the door. It was 9:00 a.m.!!! Probably won't stay with this hotel chain again......
