Misleading, the room we booked didn’t match the room we stayed in. Under impression it was a separate room (suite) style and got regular king room

Nice location for traveling through the area. Welcoming staff. Older hotel. Could use a little more TLC, but clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay here again if traveling through. Complementary breakfast is basic like all the rest of Quality Suites.

Room needs some repairs. Biggest problem was bathroom exhaust fan which turns on whenever bathroom lights are turned on was extremely noisy

The room was not clean. The bathroom had poop on the seat and all over the inside. The shower was dirty and looked like it had not been clean.The shampoo and conditioner both had built up soap scum around them. The heater/air conditioner had black stuff all over the top of it.

Check-in was easy and my front desk person was polite and helpful and that's always good, no problems with the front desk staff on check-in or check-out. The room, however was in bad shape. From stains on the headboard, damaged furniture, poorly repaired ceiling leaks, blistered wallpaper and a bathroom that badly needed some attention. I understand that hotel rooms are somewhat of a commodity and the rate reflects supply and demand on any given day but I stayed at 4 other hotels on my trip and they were all in better shape and more affordable.
